TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using any service offered by Destiny Property Management LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, tenant portal, or any communications system, you (“Tenant,” “Applicant,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Destiny Property Management LLC provides residential and commercial property management services across Long Island, NY, including leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, tenant communications, and related services. Access to certain services may require account registration, identity verification, or a signed lease agreement.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
– Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your tenancy or applicant status.
– Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
– Use our communications channels — including phone, SMS, and email — solely for lawful purposes.
– Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in connection with your use of our services.
4. COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT
By providing your phone number and/or email address to Destiny Property Management LLC, you acknowledge that we may contact you in connection with your tenancy, application, or requested services. Specific consent terms for SMS and phone communications are set forth in the SMS & Telephone Policy section below.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Destiny Property Management LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our services or communications systems.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

SMS & TELEPHONE POLICY
1. TRANSACTIONAL MESSAGING CONSENT
By checking this box, I consent to receive transactional messages from Destiny Property Management related to my account, orders, or services I have requested. These messages may include appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications among others. Message frequency may vary. Message & Data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out.
Transactional messages may include:
– Maintenance appointment confirmations and reminders

3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

4. OPTING OUT
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional messages required for the administration of your tenancy or account.

6. MESSAGE & DATA RATES
Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Destiny Property Management LLC does not charge for SMS communications directly. Contact your carrier for details on your plan’s messaging rates.
7. TCPA COMPLIANCE
Destiny Property Management LLC is committed to full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable FCC regulations. Your consent to receive messages is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase or rental agreement.
